After visiting to Takeda’s shrine, I walked down the hill to Wani-duka tumulus where was a huge cherry blossoms tree. This tumulus was for Prince Takeda who was the son of the legend hero Prince Yamato Takeru. This tree’s age is about 300 years and 17meters high. It is a handsome-foliage and nice blossoms.
Why do you call the same place 3 different ways: Wanizuka, Waniduka and Wani-duka? In Japanene it is 王仁塚 (in hiragana written わにづか), so in English should be Wanizuka.
