Some of them have bare-roots on the stones. I don’t know how they make them.

Hi Myau Myau, chrysanthemums is one of my favourite flowers (besides peonies and cherry blossoms). I plan to travel to Tokyo on November 2 to 4 and November 10 to 11 to visit the mum exhibitions. Are these dates a reasonably good time to see the mums (i.e. most of them would be in full bloom or not fading towards the end)? Thank you.
