Ueno Zoo in Tokyo is very popular place at holiday for family. Not only children, parents enjoys to watch or touch animals. It was established in 1882, the oldest zoo in Japan. First they was in the agriculture agency of Japan, then was controled by the Imperial Household Agency in 1886. In honor of the crown prince Hirohito’s wedding, it became metropolitan zoo park. Now there are about over 2600 animals from 464 different species in the 14.3 ha (35.2 acres) area. These pictures are Ring-tailed lemur, Japanese name “Waokitsune-zaru”. They have long tail than their bodies.
